SSISD Floral Students Made a Wreath for Wildcat Band

SSISD Floral Students Made a Wreath for Wildcat Band
  • PublishedMay 4, 2023

This week the Advanced Floral & Practicum in Floral students had the once in a lifetime opportunity to make the wreath for the Sulphur Springs High School Band to lay at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington DC. To make it even better; Jeremy Resendiz and Catherine Starzyk are both active FFA members, and SSHS Drum Majors and will get to actually lay the wreath in DC when the band takes their trip.  Jeremy also got to help make the wreath that he will get to lay.  These students did an outstanding job, and I would put them up against any professional florist! Huge Thanks to Mr. Emmert for giving us the chance to make this for them! ❤️
