Spring history walk 2022 with Mayor John Sellers

Mayor and local historian John Sellers led his bi-annual spring history walk on Saturday, April 23.
In the “History by Foot” series, Sellers regaled participants with accounts of a bygone era for several buildings and homes in the downtown Sulphur Springs area.
Sellers will give another tour on April 28 at Haystacks restaurant, although this session has been filled.
Sellers in hosts a similar series in the fall, and participates in the Hopkins County Genealogical Society walk Halloween-themed walk that takes place at City Cemetery.
