Groundbreaking for New Downtown Residential Development ‘Connally Corner’ To Be Held on Monday

There will be a groundbreaking ceremony for CONNALLY CORNER, the new downtown residential development this coming Wednesday March 31, at 11:00 am.  The location is 431 Connally Street, at the corner of Connally and Easy Streets.

Everyone is invited to see the beginning of this Toole Design Group inspired residential community that is located on the new Cross Town Trail it is within easy walking distance to Celebration Plaza in downtown Sulphur Springs, Texas. 

Mayor John Sellers will make a few brief remarks and builder Scott Clements and realtor Carrie Nuckolls will be on hand to provide additional information.
