The State Bar of Texas is governed by a board of directors with 46 voting members from across the state who volunteer their valuable time and professional experience. The expertise provided by these volunteer leaders allows the State Bar to continue to provide high-quality services and programs to members and the public.

Ginn, son of John and Eydie Ginn, is a member of the Sulphur Springs High School Class of 2007. Charlie graduated from Baylor University majoring in History before attending Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.

After graduating from Baylor Law, he moved to Collin County to begin working and developing his trial skills as an assistant district attorney in Collin County. He is currently practicing law at the McCraw Law Group in McKinney.

Charlie told us, “Serving on the Board of Directors has been incredibly rewarding. I am humbled and grateful to serve our lawyers and the State in this new role.”
