¡Si, Yo Puedo Controlar Mi Diabetes!

This series provides . Join us in trying new foods and recipes as well as other exercise and diabetes management tips. All sessions are free and will be translated in Spanish. Christus Trinity Clinic and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension will host the series at the Hopkins County Extension Office, 1200 W. Houston Street, in Sulphur Springs. The series will begin on Tuesday, January 16, and continue on Mondays thru February 26.
