Wildcat Band Shines In Spring Concert

Wildcat Band Shines In Spring Concert
  • PublishedMay 3, 2023

It’s been a great week for fans of the Sulphur Springs Wildcat Band. After they hosted their Night of Percussion Monday, Tuesday night the band was back in the Sulphur Springs High School auditorium, as they hosted their Spring Concert.

Fans came out in droves, as the auditorium was packed to see the State Finalist Wildcat band Tuesday night. The event, like the Percussion Night before it, saw all ages of the band get a chance to perform in front of their supporters.

It was a fun night for everyone involved, as fans were even treated to a bit of a meme. After pretending to cue up a new song, the Wildcat band performed 80’s classic Never Gonna Give You Up, by Rick Astley, “Rickrolling” the audience.

Anytime the Wildcat band gets to perform in front of their home audience it’s a night enjoyed by all, and this year’s Spring Concert was no different. Congratulations to the State Finalist band for back-to-back nights of great performances.
