Funeral service for Rosa Lee Chamberlain, age 77 of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 2:00P.M. on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs with Dr. Jeff Gravens and Rev Gary Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Nolan Garmon, Jordan Tyler, Larry Horton, Jimmy Mangus, Mike Allen, Hunter Allen, Harrison, Allen, Brian Potter and Matt McLain serving as pallbearers and Leslie Mowat, Betty Southard, Mary Harrison and Jan Bain serving as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at First Baptist Church. Mrs. Chamberlain passed away on January 26, 2022 at her residence.

Rosa was born on February 28, 1944 in Winnsboro, TX to Malcolm Curtis and Elah Mae (Tapley) Meadows. She married William Eugene Chamberlain. Rosa retired from the Texas Department of Human Resources and was currently working for Burrell and Associations. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Kenya Singleton and husband, Scott; son, Jeff Millsap and wife, Cristi; grandchildren, Kylye Garmon, and husband Nolan, Jennifer Tyler and husband, Jordan, Brittany Scott and husband, Jason, Madison Millsap and Michaela McLain and husband, Matt; Olivia Tyler and husband, Tyler, Kennedy Jo Garmon and Lexi Howard.

Rosa was preceded in death by her husband; sister, Leola Meadows and grandson, Kyle Parker.
