Obituary for Eric Hill
Memorial services for Eric W. Hill, age 56, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021, at West Oaks Funeral Home. There will be no formal visitation. Eric passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. He was born on October 17, 1964, in Weymouth, Massachusetts, the son of Earl Edward and Constance Hoyt Mac Phelemy Hill.
Eric worked for Hopkins County EMS as a paramedic and was the former Fire Chief of the Sulphur Springs Fire Department. In his spare time, he enjoyed hiking and outdoor activities, spend time with his family and friends, and spending special time with his children watching marvel movies.
Eric is survived by children, Kassidi Hill and Evan Hill both of Sulphur Springs, siblings, Earl Hill Jr. and wife Melissa of Georgia, Kevin Hill of Roanoke, Candy Davis and husband Devon of Maypearl, Corine Morris and husband Bryan of Maypearl, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
