2019 Hopkins County Fall Festival Hay Bale Sculpture Contest Winners Announced on Saturday

The winners of the 2019 Hopkins County Fall Festival Hay Bale Sculpture Contest were announced on Saturday afternoon. The Hay Bale Sculpture Contest committee Shirley Patchen, Sue Potts, Gail Boles, and Sue Lindstrom along with Kayla Weir presented the prize money and trophies to the winners. Alliance Bank and Galyean Insurance provided the prize money along with sponsoring the contest.

Single Bale Category Winners:

First Place: Safe-T Crisis Center-Safe Home

Second Place: City National Bank-Tin Man

Third Place: Rock Creek Rehab-Jukebox

Fourth Place: Sunny Springs Nursing Home-Witch’s Brew

Multiple Bale Category Winners:

First Place: East Texas Physical Therapy- Trolls

Second Place: Farm Country Inc.-Tractor

Third Place: CPI-Minions

Fourth Place: Choice Legacy Hospice: Silver Streamline Retro RV

Honorable Mentions: Janeen’s Country Cottage and Coldwell Banker-Watson Company in Single Bale. Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Multiple Bale.
