Sulphur Springs lost to Frisco Wakeland 53-17. The Wildcats and Wolverines were tied at 17 at halftime but Wakeland scored 36 straight points in the second half to secure the victory. Sulphur Springs travels to face Lovejoy next Friday.

Como-Pickton lost 56-24 to Grand Saline. The Eagles are on the road again next Friday at Detroit.

Cumby picked up a big win 46-18 over Quitman. The Trojans led 14-12 at halftime and pulled away in the second half. Cumby plays Celeste at home next Friday.
