Mark 11:25
And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.”

Everyone goes through traumatic, or life changing circumstances. Trauma doesn’t always have to be a negative experience, just any experience through which your perspective on life is altered some way. In most cases they usually don’t go through them alone. When someone goes through a traumatic experience with someone else, what experts call a ‘traumatic bond’ is formed. These bonds are built on the experience that you have in common. It could be a car wreck, or a victory on the playing field, an abuse, or an amazing church service. In fact many soul ties have to do with sexual relationships in which people have formed a bond through intercourse. Whatever the cause, some of the bonds that are formed can be very unhealthy and need to be broken. In ministry settings, these bonds are referred to as soul ties. Unhealthy soul ties will keep you in bondage to that person and to the event in which you experienced the trauma. Breaking soul ties is vital and involves extending forgiveness to all parties involved. By praying this simple prayer you can give the Holy Spirit permission to free you from unhealthy and detrimental bonds that exist in your spiritual life…
In the authority of Jesus, I plead the Blood of Jesus to stand between me and ________ (this person) and separate the “one flesh” union or unhealthy connection I send back to them everything that I have taken from them… when I became “one flesh” with him/her. I call back to myself, everything that I gave in this “one flesh” union. I declare the blood of Jesus to be a wall of separation between us. Thank you Jesus for restoring my soul…Amen. – Love and Blessings, Pastor Jeff
