Arrests

US Marshall Service arrested a 28 year old Sulphur Bluff man on multiple warrants. The man had one warrant out of Lamar County Mississippi for failure to register as a sex offender and another assault family violence warrant from Galveston.

A 41 year old Dallas man was arrested for possession of marijuana greater than two ounces but less than four ounces. He was discovered to have the marijuana, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.

A 55 year old Winnsboro woman was arrested and charged with theft less than $100. She reportedly attempted to leave Wal-Mart without paying for approximately $50 of merchandise.

A 22 year old Burleson woman and an 18 year old Burleson man were arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. A 19 year old Arlington man who was the backseat passenger was arrested for possession of marijuana.

A 50 year old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested on warrants for violating promise to appear, open container, and speeding.

A 30 year old Sulphur Springs man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

A 20 year old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested for violation of probation and fraud use/possesion of identifying information.
