Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Seeking Public’s Help to Locate Kidnapping Suspect That Frequents Hopkins County

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Andres Cabrera Ramirez.
Ramirez is wanted in Franklin County for charges of Kidnapping, Abandon/Endanger Child, and Narcotics Possession.

Ramirez also has felony theft warrants from multiple surrounding counties, including Hopkins and Titus.
Ramirez is a Hispanic Male, approximately 5’4″ tall, and 140-150 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes, and thin facial hair. Ramirez is a Franklin County resident but frequently travels between Hopkins, Franklin and Titus county.
Ramirez is known to be violent and is considered a danger to the public. If you see Andres Ramirez, or know where he might be, please do not approach him and contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, or dial 911, immediately.
