Sulphur Springs Police Department Arrests Montalba Man in Stolen Vehicle

Sulphur Springs Police Department arrested a 38 year old Montalba man that was driving a stolen vehicle yesterday.

SCU Investigators were made aware of a stolen vehicle out of Palestine that had been spotted in Sulphur Springs.

Officers observed the vehicle travelling on Carter Street and notified a patrol unit for assistance.

A traffic stop was then initiated in the 700 block of Fuller Street.

The vehicle was confirmed stolen and Jeremy Brandon Conley was taken into custody.

Conley is charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and is currently held at Hopkins County Jail.
