On the Block Beef holds ribbon cutting
On the Block Beef is a local butcher who held their ribbon cutting on Friday, June 23. In fact, On the Block referred to it instead as a “ribbon chopping” due to their profession. Their motto is “good prices for superior beef” and they are open Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are located at 1402 Mockingbird Lane in Sulphur Springs
