Sulphur Springs ATA Students Win Medals at World Championships

Phoenix, AZ – After an exciting year of martial arts competition, students from Sulphur Springs ATA were proud to represent our community at the 2022 ATA World Tournament of Champions Wednesday. The Tournament of Champions features the top black belt competitors from all over the United States and over 20 countries.

Mr. Daron Bilyeu won silver medals in Creative Forms, Creative Weapons, and Extreme Forms. Ms. Harleigh Stegient took bronze in Creative Weapons. Ms. Karisma Stegient had a great night of competition but finished just outside of the medals.
The Tournament of Champions continues Thursday and Friday.
