Backstory Beer Fun Run 2022 charity event benefiting the Sam Kopal Foundation
A St. Patty’s Day favorite, the Backstory Brewery Leprechaun Bash, is back for another year! In 2022, the 5k and afterparty will benefit the Sam Kopal Foundation.
This year the run will start downtown and end at brewery for a full 5K. Walk or Run and get free beer, water and snacks on the way.
Prizes will be awarded for the best dog. Music will be blasting from each of the beer stations to keep you going. Tickets get you into the run, free pint at end of race , t-shirt and of course all the fun you can have. Cost is $35.
The Sam Kopal Foundation provides a scholarship for SSISD students. It is named after Sam Kopal, the dear son of Chad and Cristie Kopal, who died in a tragic accident on March 11, 2020.
