It’s the time of year once again for the North East Texas Choral Society’s glimmering holiday spectacular. This year, the theme of their annual Christmas Concert is “Deck the Halls,” and will be sure to have you saying fa la la la.

Two performances are available: December 4 at 7 p.m. and December 5 at 2 p.m., both in the Sulphur Springs High School Auditorium.

Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for those age 12 and under, and can be purchased at singerscount.org, from local banks or from any member of the North East Texas Choral Society.

The show is a dazzling array of:

  • Featured solo performances
  • Group numbers with over 100 singers
  • Holiday skits with family-friendly characters
  • Childrens’ choir
  • Popular music
  • Religious music
  • Traditional Christmas music

And much, much more. The group begins to work on the show in August, according to NETCS’s page.

The North East Texas Choral Society is proud to celebrate talented local artists and performers of all ages. As a non-profit organization, NETCS endeavors to leave their audience feeling “encouraged and ready to celebrate the season,” according to their website.
