Miller Grove’s Bailee Shipp wins Picasso Award

Miller Grove student Bailee Shipp’s “Time to be Silent” mixed media artwork won the Picasso Award in the Art in the Gallery High School Art Competition hosted by Winnsboro Center for the Arts (WCA).

Her other artwork, “Seeing 20/20” (digital), was loved so much by Mary Geisler, one of the contest coordinators, that she purchased a print to frame and hang in her own home.
