Sulphur Springs Woman Accused of Pointing Gun at Three Women and Telling Them “I’ll Kill All You M*****F*****s” Over the Weekend

A 56 year old Sulphur Springs woman was arrested on Sunday after she allegedly pointed a gun at three women and said, “I’ll kill all you m*****f*****s.”

HCSO was dispatched to 350 County Road 4615 in reference to an animal complaint call involving a female subject pointing a gun at the complainant. HCSO arrived on scene and made contact with the complainant, his wife. and their two adult daughters.

It was discovered during the investigation that the suspect, Janice Leigh Fite, had confronted the complainant, his wife. and their two adult daughters. The complainant, his wife. and their two adult daughters stated that Fite came outside with a handgun and confronted them. HCSO was advised that Fite told the complainant she would kill him and that Fite then turned in the direction of the complainant’s wife and two adult daughters and stated “I’ll kill all you m*****f*****s” while she was displaying a handgun and pointing it in their direction.

HCSO obtained sworn statements from the complainant, his wife. and their two adult daughters as to what happened. Fite was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. a second degree felony.
