25 Year Old Sulphur Springs Man Arrested for Hitting Sister In The Face With a Tablet

A 25 year old Sulphur Springs man was arrested for misdemeanor assault on Tuesday after throwing a tablet at his sister’s face.

Sulphur Springs Police Department responded to reports of a disturbance at the Quail Ridge Apartments complex at 3:31 pm.
The brother admitted to throwing a black tablet at his sister. The victim had a large red mark across the left side of her face.
He was placed under arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury and transported to Hopkins County Jail.
