Three New Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 Reported on Friday, May 29th

There are three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County, according to an announcement from Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom at 4 pm on Friday, May 29th.

The patients are self-isolating at home and receiving treatment. Two of the patients are in the same household as previously reported cases.

The Local Health Authority will begin to obtain as much information as possible to protect our community, according to HCEM. 

There are 20 active cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County. Six of the confirmed cases are listed as recovered.

None of the cases are at local nursing homes.
