Sulphur Springs Fire Rescue has released their guidance on establishing an occupancy load.

Retailers, malls, restaurants, and movie theaters may serve up to 50% of their regular occupancy capacity. The guidelines below are to help those businesses determine their occupancy load.

The general 25% occupancy figure statewide does not apply to rural counties with fewer than five confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, such as Hopkins County, which are allowed up to 50% of their regular capacity.
