March Saputo Difference Makers

Jana Porter began her journey with Saputo in 2007 at our distribution center. She later joined the Quality Control department as a lab technician. Jana is an asset to the department and takes her current role as QA Lead very seriously. Jana is always willing to lend a helping hand whether it’s on another shift that is short staffed or helping set up for an event. She steps in and supports anyone that needs it, and she does this with a great positive attitude. When it comes to new personnel, Jana has been instrumental in mentoring and making sure everyone feels welcome. Thank you, Jana, for all that you do! ~ Keila Perez-Lewis

Eric Dortland began his tenure at Saputo in 2013. He quickly worked his way into production as a Bosch operator. During this time, he exceeded the expectations daily, always going above and beyond plus helping others in the department. Due to all his hard work and passion, Eric was promoted into a leadership position in 2022. Regardless of the obstacles set before him, Eric always found a way to overcome the issues, remain positive and unite his team in the process. It is not every day that leadership comes naturally, but for Eric it’s instinct. He is a great asset to the Aseptic Department and I’m excited to see his future unfold. ~ Chris Bullard
