Sulphur Springs a haven for live music experiences

Sulphur Springs a haven for live music experiences
  • PublishedJuly 13, 2023

Hopkins County is constantly displaying musical talent. From intimate venues to lively street festivals, this community has become a haven for music enthusiasts seeking an authentic live music experience.

There are several spots to see local live music in Sulphur Springs, Celebration Plaza—including the Celebration Market on Saturdays and several of the restaurants located downtown including Haystacks and Muddy Jakes and downtown theater Main Street Theater.

Also in Sulphur Springs Backstory Brewery, Deep Routes, Fulgham’s, and Roma’s Italian restaurant which are all popular places to see live music on the weekends.

A short drive out to Pickton is Fosters Place restaurant and pub with live music almost every weekend. Also outside of Sulphur Springs in Birthright is the Texafied Jamfest. Usually held every fall, the next Texafied festival will be held in April of next year to coincide with the eclipse.

Live music can elevate any date night, girls’ night out, or just dinner with family and friends. Many of the artists are local and have either grown up in Hopkins County or surrounding areas. Supporting these artists is a great way to give back to the community and what better way than by enjoying live music whilst enjoying good food in the community with friends and family?
