Roger Redick, age 74 of Sulphur Springs, Texas passed away on July 10, 2023 at Christus Mother Frances – Sulphur Springs.

 

Roger was born on November 1, 1948 in Quanah, Texas to Harvey F and Mary (Anderson) Redick. He married Majel Stites on September 3, 1984 in Vernon, Texas. Roger earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from East Texas State University. He worked as a sales manager for Videotek. Roger was a former member of the National Credit Managers Association. He enjoyed woodworking, tinkering on cars, hunting, fishing, and his birddogs. Roger was a member of the Nazarene Church.

 

He is survived by his wife, Majel; daughter, Rachel Redick Barber; grandchildren, Hannah Barber, and Megan Barber; sisters, Carolyn Hollingsworth, and Claudia Daniels; nephews, Justin Scott and Eric Scott.

 

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Redick.

 

The family would like to give a special thanks to Father Justin Wylie at the hospital and special friend, Brian Mauser.
