Hopkins-Rains Retired Teachers/ Texas Retired Teachers Association
The Hopkins-Rains Retired School Personnel will hold their next meeting on Tuesday, March 7 at 10:00a.m. at The ROC located at 115 Putman St., Sulphur Springs. 
 
The March meeting will focus on health and wellness and will feature an interactive presentation of Tai Chi. Tai Chi improves muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
 
In addition, it is proven to ease pain, stiffness and improve sleep. The presentation will be conducted by certified instructor, Karen Moseley.
 
All retired school employees are invited to attend.
