Veterans’ Day at Travis Primary 2022
Travis Elementary traveled with the third grade class students to the VFW to celebrate and honor the Veterans in our area on Friday. The third grade class sang a few songs and learned about the flag and its meaning. Along with more information about how the Sheriffs office uses drones and underwater rescue in their department. The students then enjoyed a lunch provided by the VFW and had a chance to visit with the Veterans who were present.
