Obituary For Judy Shelton
Graveside service for Judy Shelton, age 59 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at North Hopkins Cemetery at 11:00A.M. on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 with son-in-law, Jason Neal officiating with Jace Neal, Tyler Neal, Zack Shelton, Charles Shelton, Joseph Shelton, Junior Reyes, Garrett Dugnolle and Chris White serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 7:00-8:00P.M. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Shelton passed away on December 31, 2021 in Tyler, TX.
Judy was born on July 12, 1962 in Sulphur Springs, TX to John Martin and Margie Cavanaugh. She married Jerry Shelton on July 21, 1978 in Emory, TX. She enjoyed being a homemaker and a babysitter to her grandchildren. She had a love of sports, mainly football and basketball.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry; sons, Jeremy Shelton and wife, Dana, Johnathon Shelton and wife, Ruth; daughter, Amy Neal and husband, Jason; brothers Jim Martin and wife, Patsy, John Martin and wife, Pam; grandchildren, Jace Neal, Tyler Neal, Bailey Neal, Emma Neal, Zack Shelton, Lexi Shelton, Kara Shelton, Jarrod Shelton, Alyssa Shelton, Gavin Shelton, Ethan Shelton, Junior Reyes, Bethany Atwood; great grandchild, Brooklyn and numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Amanda Shelton and sister, Margie Hall.
