Funeral service for Rob Moore, age 67, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 9, 2021 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Chapel with Israel Lewis officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at North Hopkins Cemetery with Brad Thurman, Richard Woodall, Lance Pierce, Ed Pingel, Bryan Moore and Blake Moore serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday July 8, 2021 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mr. Moore passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Christus Mother Frances, Tyler, TX.

Rob was born on October 31, 1953 in Carthage, MO to Max Moore and Bessie (Harrison) Moore. He married Pamela Stubbs Moore on July 9, 1977 in Sulphur Springs. Rob served in the United States Air Force and became part of the Air Force Honor Guard. During his service, he participated in the inauguration ceremonies for President Nixon. Rob was a retired truck driver and many of his travels took him across the United States. He loved his family, God and Country. He was never hesitating to speak of his Christian Faith. He quoted Psalm 91 over our lives every day. He told his grandchildren and his Doberman, Skye, that they were all his best buddies. He is cherished by all his family and was a loving husband of 44 years. We dearly miss him. He was such a great father, husband, and grandfather, a man of honor, integrity and faith.

He is survived by his wife, Pam Moore of Sulphur Springs, TX; children, Bryan Moore, Stephanie Moore and Blake Moore, all of Sulphur Springs, TX; grandchildren, Addilyn Moore, Creighton Moore, Chloe Moore, Gabby Galvan, Londyn Galvan, Kylie Moore and Bryson Moore; brothers, Max Lynn Moore, Ron Moore and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
