The 55+ Health Fair will be Tuesday, April 4th at the ROC and 1st Baptist Church
from 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon. I have signed up 50 Vendor Booths for you to come
and see what they have to offer. Every Vendor will bring a $ 25.00 Door Prize
for you to have a chance to win. ETMC – Quitman will be doing FREE Cholesterol
Checks for you this year. There groups testing your Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar, too.
Please come and Bring your friends. You need to educate yourself on what it out there
when you need it. Don’t wait until it is too late and someone has to make decisions for you.
Basics at Brunch will be on Monday, April 17th starting at 10:30 AM.
Elder Care Attorneys from Ross and Shoalmire will be speaking on
“Making the Most of your Benefits… Medicare Coverage and Appeals”
You don’t want to miss out on getting FREE Legal advise from the Experts.
A Free Brunch will be provided by Carriage House Manor and At Home Healthcare.
The 12th Annual Clara Bridges 90+ Banquet will be held on Saturday, April 22nd
at the ROC at 1st Baptist Church from 12:00 – 2:00. If you have a friend or family
member who is 90+ please bring them to the Banquet if they are able to attend.

We are still trying to raise money for a NEW Senior Citizens Center.. If you would like to
Buy Raffle Tickets for the Jewelry that we are Raffling off on May 12th I have them
at the Senior Citizens Center. You can also take a look at the 3 Beautiful Necklaces.
Also, We are planning on Making a 2018 Calendar to sell to raise more money for a
NEW Senior Center. If you would like to be involved please call me. I would like to
have as many seniors be involved at possible.
If you would just like to make a donation you can just bring it to me here at the Senior
Center or take it straight to the City of Sulphur Springs where a “Building Fund” has been
