Funeral service for Linda Faulks, age 69, of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home with Bro. David Howard officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Dylan Dillehay, Colton Faulks, Mike Duplechan, Ashton Crump, Nick Atkinson and Easton Silman serving as pallbearers. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Faulks passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, September 16. 2023 at her home.

 

 

Linda was born on October 22, 1953 in Lockney, Texas to Bill Paschal and Billie Holmes. She married Randy Faulks on August 30, 1985 in Plainview, Texas and they shared over 37 years of marriage. Linda worked for over 34 years as a comptroller at Cooper Propane in Paris, Texas. She loved to go fishing, camping, working with plants and she could make anything grow. She had a big and loving heart and cared about all those around her. Her greatest joy in this world, was being a Mimi to her grandchildren who she loved dearly. Linda’s favorite saying was “Mimi’s the name and spoiling is the game”. She will be truly missed by all that knew her.

 

Linda is survived her husband, Randy; children, Mandy Duplechan and husband Mike, Tosha Burns, Kelly Faulks and wife Tammy; mother, Billie Quisenberry; grandchildren, Brittney Duplechan, Cassie Higginbotham, Bailey Dillehay, Abby Duplechan, Allison Burns, Colton Faulks, Lindsey Faulks, Daylan Millard, Reid Burns; great grandchildren, Rayleigh Higginbotham, Eli Higginbotham, Jack Higginbotham; sister, Lisa Paschal; brothers, George Quisenberry, Billy Paschal and Kim Paschal; brother in law, Weldon Faulks and wife Kay; sister in laws, Anita Kernell and Ruthie Faulks.

 

She is preceded in death by her father, Bill Paschal; brother in laws, Jerry Faulks and wife Deborah, Mike Faulks and Mike Whittacre

 

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
