GellyBall brings cool summer fun

GellyBall brings cool summer fun
  • PublishedJune 2, 2022

Summer is here and those kids are sure to find the summer doldrums sooner rather than later. The constant need to be connected and doing something “fun” will drive any parent to the edge of insanity. Before that happens be sure to check out NorthEast Texas Gellyball. A fun, cooled adventure for each child in your family. Bring your friends and challenge each other to see who can last the longest and who can get the most hits.

Gellyball is relatively new to the North East Texas area. It is very similar to paintball but the guns are smaller and the balls do not hurt quite as much as paint balls. Their location at 1151 South Broadway in Sulphur Springs, is a great central location for people to meet up and have a blast.

The play area has two cameras positioned so parents can watch the action while the kids play. In the coming weeks they will be adding censored vests to the game so the players can see how many times they hit the other players and create a leader board for another layer of competition.

One of the players had this to say about their experience, “it was fun! I enjoyed playing and getting shot by the little gellyballs. Plus shooting other people with the gellyballs. The different games were fun to play as well.”

NET-Gellyball offers multiple different options for paying for your games. We chose to use the pay per game option. You could bring your party to Gellyball and pay by the hour or they can come to you and set up a course in your back yard for your party.

The adults are not left out of the fun. While the kids play, adults can try their hand at ax throwing. If you have never been, be sure to do it while you wait. See who can hit the target closest to the bullseye.

NET-Gellyball is regularly open on Wednesday thru Saturday. Be sure to check out their website for more information and to plan your party, netgellyball.com.
