Cheryl Graham was born on October 21, 1963, in Houston, Texas to Victor Henry Liebert, Jr and Betty Jo Dill. She died on Friday, November 5, 2021, in Tyler.

Cheryl married James Graham on July 4, 2001, in Ironton, Missouri.  She was a detention officer at Rains County Sheriff’s Department.  She was involved in United Daughters of the Confederacy and Friend of the Sons of the Confederacy.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, James Graham; daughters, Savannah Woodrum, Tammie Waldrum, Krystal Moffett; son, Scott; sister, Vicki Jo Spaulding; nephew, Robert Fuentes; grandchildren, Sara Ann Moffett, Hannah Marie Moffett, Carol Judith Moffett, and River James Woodrum.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Joy Nell Fuentes.

In lieu of flowers please make donation to Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
