Obituary for Grant Bailey

Graveside service for Grant Bailey, age 45, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024, at Reilly Springs Cemetery, Reilly Springs, TX. Pallbearers will include Jud White, Ty McKeever, Jonathan Farris, Kaleb Wallace, Austin Duncan, and Kerry Bailey, with Gage Bailey and Kaden Bailey serving as honorary pallbearers. Mr. Bailey passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

Grant Hamilton Bailey was born on July 5, 1978, in Sulphur Springs, TX to Gary and Dana (Mewbourn) Bailey. He married Melissa Bailey in Waxahachie, TX on January 2, 2007. Grant was an outside Plant Engineer at JSI Engineering.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa; sons, Gage and Kaden; mother, Dana Jordan, and husband Alvin; sister, Astin Bailey Duncan; nephew, Austin Duncan; uncle, Kerry Bailey; best friend/brother, Jud White; stepbrother, Billy Jordan; stepsisters, Amanda Helms and Michelle Sanchez.

Grant is preceded in death by his father, Gary Hamilton Bailey.
