Obituary for Marge Lemmon
Celebration of Life for Marge Lemmon, age 71 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held at a later date. Mrs. Lemmon passed away at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Marjorie Jean Lemmon was born on April 27, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to Joseph and Mary Lou (Cropper) Scoggin. Marge was a stewardess for American Airlines and drove a school bus for many years for Mansfield ISD, Burleson ISD, and many other communities. Most recently she drove a school bus for Joshua ISD. Marge was a member of the Church of Christ Church and the Quilting Guild.
Marge is survived by her sons, Joshua Caleb Lemmon (Marcy) of Cedar Hill, Texas, Nathan Andrew Lemmon (Carissa Fredrick) of Fairview, Texas; brother, Jeff Scoggin; sisters, Jodie, Ruth, Carolyn, and Eva; and former husband, Russell Lee Lemmon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Lou Scoggin, and her sister, Barbara.
