Louise Cramp, born July 22, 1928 in Sulphur Springs, Texas, daughter of Kathleen and Jack Bolton, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Houston, TX. Louise graduated from high school in Sulphur Springs, Texas and worked for Tapp Furniture Company in Sulphur Springs. She worked as a secretary in Dallas, Texas before she married in 1954. She was a member of the Pathfinder’s Class of the First United Methodist Church of Richardson, Texas and was a lifetime member of the Women’s Society of Christian Service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erwin “Bud” Cramp, her parents, and three brothers; Jno D. Bolton and wife Martha Larner, of Jacksonville, Texas, B. F. Bolton and wife Adelene Kaufman of Houston, Texas, and R. Druce Bolton who was killed in Germany during World War II. She is survived by her daughter, Melanie LeGrotte and husband Craig, and granddaughter, Briana LeGrotte, of Larkspur, Colorado; son, John Cramp of Houston, TX; and several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Sulphur Springs City Cemetery. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 830877, Richardson, TX 75083-0877.
