Saputo’s July 2026 Difference Makers
Please join me in congratulating the July Difference Makers, James, Tiffany and Jocelyn!
James Hunter – James has been with Saputo since April 2022. He started as a Palletizer Operator and transitioned to the UHT Operator role in December of the same year. Since then, he has continued to build his knowledge and skills while demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and grow. James frequently steps in as an interim Lead when needed and is always willing to support the gable top operators when operations allow. He consistently brings a positive attitude to work and is always looking for opportunities to take on new challenges and expand his capabilities. Please join us in congratulating James on being recognized as a two-time Difference Maker! ~ Danny Strickhausen
Tiffany Hobbs – Tiffany started at Saputo as an ESL Utility Operator in April 2024. She immediately began learning the Scholle K fillers and made it a point to master the role so she would be ready when the time came to move into the operator position. That opportunity knocked in September 2025. Tiffany moved into the Scholle Filler Operator position and continues to want to go to the next level. She has been cross training to become an interim lead in the Scholle Room when she can. Tiffany always has a smile on her face and is a great team player. Help us congratulate Tiffany on her nomination as a Difference Maker for the month of July!!! ~ Danny Strickhausen
Jocelyn Garza – Jocelyn exploded onto the Saputo scene in June of this year as a Utility Operator and has not slowed down. She has proven everyday that she is here to work and make a name for herself. Her non-stop work ethic is becoming contagious with the operators on her shift. This will not be Jocelyn’s last time as a Difference Maker. Get your popcorn ready and watch the show!! Let’s give Jocelyn a huge round of applause for being a Difference Maker for the month of July!! ~ Danny Strickhausen
