Memorial service for Melvin John Molteni, age 84, of Sulphur Bluff, Texas will be held at a later date in his hometown of King City, California. Mr. Molteni passed away in his home on Friday, July 17, 2026.

 

Melvin John Molteni was born on September 4, 1941, in Salinas, California, to Santino Ricardo and Louise Mary (Iacopetti) Molteni. After graduating from King City High School, he served in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1966. Melvin then married Imelda “Vicki” Molteni on January 10, 1969, in Brownsville, Texas. Melvin worked as an equipment operator for Clark Trucking. He was a proud member of the St. James Catholic Church of Sulphur Springs, Texas.

 

He is survived by his wife, Imelda “Vicki” Molteni; daughters, Julie Lewandowski and husband, Ed of Vandergriff, Pennsylvania, Gina Raine and husband, Fred of Sulphur Bluff, Texas; son, Aldo Molteni and wife, Julie of Sulphur Bluff, Texas; grandchildren, Caleb Raine and wife, Elizabeth, Tyler Raine and wife, Lacie, Torie Raine, Kaycee Good and husband, Jeff, Katelyn Lewandowski, Brooke Molteni, and Eden Molteni; great-grandchildren, Cashton Raine, Charles Raine, Callie Jo Raine, and Kolcum Good; and his sister, Anita Settrini of Salinas, California.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
