Eric Negron has been with Saputo since February 2013, starting as a forklift operator and advancing to DC Lead and now DC Supervisor. His progression reflects his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to the team.

Eric’s genuine care for others makes him a respected and effective leader. His service in the Marines shaped his discipline and leadership style, which is evident in how he supports and leads his team daily.

He is also trained on iWarehouse and consistently steps up to support operations, including covering responsibilities in my absence, ensuring continuity and high standards are maintained.

In addition to his integrity, Tanner’s adaptability stands out as a key strength. He effectively responds to changing priorities and evolving operational needs without hesitation. Whether adjusting to new processes, supporting different areas of production, or stepping in where help is needed most, Tanner remains focused and flexible. His ability to maintain high performance while navigating change contributes significantly to our team’s success. Brian Osornio

I would like to formally recognize Brian Osornio for his outstanding contributions to our team, particularly his versatility and exceptional work ethic. Brian consistently demonstrates the ability to adapt across multiple roles and responsibilities by fulfilling his normal duties as a Blender and covering Processors when asked. In addition to his versatility, Brian’s work ethic sets a strong example for those around him. He approaches each task with a high level of accountability, attention to detail, and persistence. His commitment to getting the job done right the first time helps drive quality, efficiency, and consistency across our processes.

Brian’s positive attitude and dependable nature foster a collaborative work environment, and his contributions do not go unnoticed. He truly exemplifies what it means to be a difference maker within our organization.
