Visitation for Lou Ann Sanders (Walker), age 86 of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Sanders passed away on December 13, 2025 at Wesley Oaks.
Lou Ann was born on January 18, 1939 in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Lovie Nello and Lena (Pickett) Walker. She married Lloyd Sanders. Lou Ann retired from insurance sales. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her brother, Horace Walker; sister-in-law, Florence Walker; nieces, Barbara Deturk and husband, Bill and Cathy Talley and husband, John; nephew, Joe Walker, and wife Carol; great nieces and nephews, Anna Schribner and husband, Kyle, Michael Talley, and Alex Walker and wife, Alexa; one great-great niece and great-great nephew; special cousin Edenne Roberts and special friend Sissy Watson.
Lou Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Boyd Walker, Bill Walker, and Hulon Walker; sisters-in-laws, Ann Walker, Bobbie Walke, and Carole Walker.
