2025 Wildcat Hall of Honor
A pair of former Sulphur Springs High School greats who turned their athletic prowess into Division I scholarships will be inducted into the Wildcat Hall of Honor on Friday, Oct. 17.
Larry Pryor Jr., a four-year letterman for the Wildcat football team who went on to play at Texas A&M, and Dr. Jamie Sims Gold, an MVP golfer who was a four-year letterwinner at Southern Mississippi, will both be inducted in a ceremony before the Wildcat home football game against Paris.
The induction ceremony will take place at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, in the SSHS Library. Friends, family, teammates and the public are invited to attend. The pair will then be introduced during pre-game prior to kickoff of the game against Paris.
