As a forklift operator, Tyler handles all aspects of warehouse operations—from receiving and loading to picking, pulling the line, and pallet tagging. He also asked to learn the palletizing room to help when short-handed, and he took on that challenge without hesitation, mastering the role even though it wasn’t required.

What sets Tyler apart is his “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn. He never complains, no matter the task, and always gives his best effort. His supervisor describes him as someone who can adapt to multiple job changes throughout the shift, making him a true team player.
