Celebration Plaza in Sulphur Springs, bringing together cattle producers, chefs, and beef enthusiasts
for a full day of competition, education, and entertainment. Highlights of the Cattlemen Classic &
Ribeye Round-Up include:

the perfect ribeye, showcasing the quality of Texas beef. This year, winners of the past 10 steak
cookoffs will compete in the Ben Spraggins Memorial Super Steak Division.

Wristbands for entry are $20 each and come with one People’s Choice Ticket that you can
vote on your favorite steak! Kids under 12 eat free!

emphasizing the importance of the beef industry to our state’s economy and heritage.
