  • PublishedSeptember 12, 2025

Andres Gutierrez

Andres joined Saputo in March of 2018 as a forklift operator, and from day one, he has shown a strong commitment to excellence. Over the years, he has mastered every role in the warehouse, from receiving trucks and putting product away to picking orders and loading them out. His pride in doing the job right has always stood out.

Andres was later promoted to Vault Lead and now serves as vacation coverage for all leads and supervisors in the Distribution Center. His leadership is marked by integrity, accountability, and a steady hand. He sets clear goals, holds his team to high standards, and consistently leads a strong shift. When Andres is in charge, I have full trust that the operation will run smoothly. That’s why we’re proud to recognize Andres as August’s Difference Maker of the Month. Thank you for your outstanding work, Andres. I truly appreciate everything you do. ~ Nathan Ridner

Chris “Will” Ivery

Chris has been a valued member of the Saputo team since May of 2013, working as a forklift operator in the Distribution Center. Over the years, he’s grown into a seasoned professional, known for his skill, reliability, and positive attitude.

Today, Chris plays a key role in training all new hires, sharing his knowledge, and setting them up for success from day one. His care for others and willingness to help make a lasting impact, not just on individuals, but on the strength of our entire department. He leads by example, and his dedication helps build a culture of support and excellence. No matter the task, Chris brings a can-do spirit and reminds us all: “Where there’s a Will, there’s a way.” Thank you, Chris, for being a solid rock in our department and for everything you do.

Congratulations on being our August Difference Maker of the Month! ~ Nathan Ridner

Mellissa Reyes

Mellissa joined Saputo Distribution in February of 2018 as a Distribution Clerk, and she currently works at our DC2 location. Her role is vital. She checks in truck drivers for both loading and receiving, and keeps communication flowing between forklift operators and leads to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

She’s especially skilled at making sure Bills of Lading (BOLs) are accurate and complete, which helps keep our operations efficient and compliant. Mellissa is someone her department leans on, always showing care for others, always willing to train new clerks, and always greeting everyone with a smile. Her positive attitude and reliability make her a true asset to our team. Thank you, Mellissa, for being a steady and uplifting presence in the workplace. Your contributions do not go unnoticed.

Josh Isham

Josh began his journey with Saputo in January 2013 as a UHT Operator. From day one, he demonstrated a strong work ethic and a “go get ‘em” attitude that quickly set him apart. His leadership potential was recognized early, leading to his promotion to ESL Lead in May 2016. After three successful years in that role, Josh made the tough decision to step down and transitioned into a Scholle Operator position. Even in this new role, his leadership never wavered, he became a go-to resource for training both new and experienced operators, showcasing his deep equipment knowledge and commitment to team success. In what can only be described as a comeback story with grit and determination, Josh returned to leadership after four years, briefly serving as

Vacation Relief and UHT Operator before being promoted once again, this time as ESL Lead over the Scholle Room. Since then, he has continued to thrive, becoming an invaluable asset to the BIB side of the production department. Josh keeps his nose to the grindstone and consistently drives productivity in the Scholle Room. His dedication, resilience, and leadership make him a true Difference Maker. Please join us in congratulating Josh for being our August Difference Maker! ~ Danny Strickhausen
