Obituary for Richard Jones
Funeral Services for Richard Wayne Jones will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at West Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Darrell Roach officiating. Interment will follow the service at Ridgeway Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Richard age 60, passed away on August 16, 2025.
Richard was born on March 11, 1965, in Sulphur Springs, Texas to Ewin “Tommy” Jones and Audra Fay Kyle Jones. He was a very hard worker, got joy out of making people laugh and adored his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by son, Clayton Jones; daughters, Kacie Putnal and her husband, James, Sandy Fulk and her husband, Trevor, and Jill Jones and her fiance, Mark Bender; sister, Linda Mobley and her husband, Billy and Edith Hedrick; grandchildren, Rocky Hutchings, Riley Hutchings, Julie Putnal, Iviana Elmore, Aubrie Elmore, Zoey Tingen, Kali Hicks, Skye Hicks, Ryker Fulk, and Katie Fulk.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Ewin “Tommy” and Audra Jones and sister, Diane Richardson.
