Tiffany Ball
Tiffany joined Saputo in December 2017 as a Distribution Clerk. Over the years, she was promoted to DC Coordinator, but that title only scratches the surface of her contributions. Tiffany has taken the initiative to learn every role in the DC office, including clerk, coordinator, inventory, appointment desk, and even vacation relief supervisor.
She’s never backed down from a challenge and has become a dependable cornerstone of our DC operations. Her versatility, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable team member. Tiffany genuinely cares about Saputo, our customers, and her coworkers.

Billy McQueen
Billy joined Saputo in February 2014 as a forklift operator. While he’s capable of performing every job on the floor, his primary focus is loading outbound trailers and working closely with our truck drivers to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
What I admire most about Billy is his consistency. He’s one of the most dependable individuals I’ve ever worked with, always on time, committed to doing things the right way, and never one to complain. Billy sets a strong example for others and is a true role model in our workplace.

Juventino “Juvie” Govea
Since joining Saputo in April 2018, Juvie has consistently demonstrated one of the strongest senses of urgency I’ve ever seen. His exceptional forklift skills have played a key role in helping our department stay ahead and ensuring customer orders go out on time.
Recently promoted to DC Lead Coordinator, Juvie hit the ground running. He now oversees all order management, coordinating with both his shift and our customers. His leadership and deep understanding of DC operations have made an immediate impact.
Juvie plays a huge role in the success of our distribution warehouse, and we’re proud to recognize him as July’s Difference Maker of the Month. Great job, Juvie—I truly appreciate everything you do!
