Saputo’s June Difference Makers
Kevin Thomas
Ever since I know him and from recently stepping into the Lead Environmental role, Kevin has been a powerhouse in this department. Over the past couple of months, Kevin has truly gone above and beyond, taking the lead on several projects with all important changes that we have been doing at wastewater.
His ownership and perfectionist approach ensure everything is top-notch, showcasing his commitment to excellence.
While Kevin occasionally checks in to share his overwhelming moments (which we all experience), he never falters when it comes to his responsibilities. From investigating complex issues to his relentless eagerness to learn and grow, he is not just doing a great job – I would say he’s setting up a standard.
Cheers to you, Kevin! Your hard work and dedication make a real difference. Keep shining! 🌟~Nitesh Kumar
Malachi Myles
Malachi joined Saputo in June 2024 as a forklift operator. Since then, he’s taken on every task at the DC1 building—from loading and unloading to putaway and picking orders—making sure our customers receive their products accurately and on time.
He tackles every job with a positive, can-do attitude and a competitive spirit. Malachi listens closely to direction from his leaders and follows through consistently, just like he did back in high school basketball, where I remember him always taking the coach’s guidance with a great attitude.
He shows up every day ready to give his best.
Please join us in congratulating Malachi on being our Difference Maker for the month of June. Great job, Malachi! ~ Nathan Ridner
Ben Stowater
Ben joined Saputo in May 2018 as a forklift operator. Over the past seven years, it’s been exciting to watch him grow into one of the most cross-trained employees in our distribution team. From the palletizing room to the warehouses and even office roles, Ben has taken the initiative to learn every aspect of the operation in distribution.
Now serving as our Distribution Lead, Ben brings a deep understanding of the entire distribution process, making him incredibly helpful to others and a key player in our department. He’s always eager to learn more and consistently puts in the work to grow. It’s a huge asset knowing he can step into any role when needed and his versatility truly strengthens our team.
You set the bar high, Ben!

Jackson Nicholson
Jackson joined Saputo in August 2024 as a palletizer operator. In the palletizing room, he ensures all product from production is properly palletized, inspects cases for any issues, and keeps production flowing smoothly by managing product transfer down the main conveyor to our Vault warehouse.
No matter what challenges come up, Jackson maintains a positive attitude, which sets the tone for his team and helps them work through any issues together. He keeps his work area clean, organized, and takes full ownership of the space.
