Bre Johnson – Difference Maker of the Month

Bre Johnson rejoined Saputo in January 2024 as a palletizer operator and has since transitioned into the role of DC Clerk. In this position, Bre is responsible for managing all finished goods being shipped in and out of the facility.

She approaches her work with professionalism, accuracy, and a strong willingness to support her team. Bre consistently goes the extra mile to be courteous to drivers during check-in, helping them get back on the road quickly and efficiently. Her reliability and consistency in performing her daily duties make her a standout team member.

Jared Robinson – Difference Maker of the Month

Jared Robinson joined Saputo in February 2019 as a forklift operator. He plays a key role in moving newly palletized products from our production lines to the correct locations throughout the distribution centers.

Jared works exceptionally well with his team and is always willing to lend a hand in all areas of the Vault. When his primary tasks are caught up, he takes the initiative to maintain the cleanliness of his area and equipment—an important contribution to strengthening our food safety program.

Justin Brown – Difference Maker of the Month

Justin Brown joined Saputo in April 2021 as a forklift operator. During that time, he learned all aspects of the distribution center, which helped him grow into his current role as Vault Lead.

In this position, Justin leads the vault and palletizing room operations, ensuring the smooth movement of finished goods. He excels through strong communication and organizational skills, clearly setting expectations and goals for each shift. His keen observation has led to new ideas and improvements that have positively impacted the department.
