Saputo’s April Difference Makers

Aylin Gonzalez joined Saputo in October 2023 as a palletizer operator. Her exceptional teamwork in the palletizing room quickly highlighted her potential, leading to her transition to the role of DC Clerk. As a DC Clerk, Aylin is responsible for all inbound and outbound deliveries, communicating with drivers and forklift operators to ensure our products reach customers efficiently. In this position, Aylin has demonstrated remarkable proficiency, showcased her outstanding customer service skills, and mastered multiple office tasks. Her dedication to her work is evident in the quality she consistently delivers, and she never shies away from a challenge.

Jose Rodriguez rejoined Saputo in April 2025 as a palletizer operator, and he immediately made a significant impact in the department. Jose’s extensive knowledge in operating palletizers, inspecting products, and troubleshooting ensures that customer products are always ready for shipment. He is well respected by his peers for his team player mentality and consistently gives 100% every day.
